About Us

Roma Diesel Service produces a large range of equipment for the oil and gas industry. This equipment is produced in the workshop and then delivered to the site of oil and/or gas production.

Roma Diesel Service not only produce oil and gas equipment, we also provide on-site servicing of the equipment. Roma Diesel provides trained technicians to service the equipment providing 24hr assistance on site. The equipment produced by Roma Diesel Service is as follows:

Separators

Roma Diesel Service produces two and three phase separators, Class One, Two and Three for coal seam methane drainage and natural gas. We provide Quality Assurance packages with every separator. We can supply bare separators or skid-mounted separators with associated pipework. We can also deliver and install these products. All separators are built to the Australian Standard 1210 Welding Code.

Desiccant Gas Filtration Units

Roma Diesel’s filtration units are used to separate the water from natural gas. They are built in 5 different sizes and configurations. We will design and produce these units to suit your needs. These products are supplied with a Quality Assurance package and are built to the Australian Standard 1210 Welding Code.

Hydraulic Drive Heads

Roma Diesel Service currently produce 3 different size Hydraulic Drive Heads; 200 Hp, 130 Hp, and 80 Hp. These products drive down-hole PC (progressive cavity) pumps. They are built to Australian Standard.

Hydraulic Drive Packs

Roma Diesel Service builds Hydraulic Packs from 20 Hp to 300 Hp with closed and open loop hydraulic circuits. Hydraulic Packs are used to drive the Hydraulic Drive Head. These products are uniquely built by RDS to suit every customer’s individual needs. Hydraulic Packs come partially enclosed or fully enclosed, diesel powered or gas powered, depending on the customer’s requirements. We can also fit telemeters to control and monitor the hydraulic packs.

Pumping Units

Water pumping units are also provided by Roma Diesel Service, as diesel or gas powered units.

Gas & Diesel Generators

Roma Diesel Service builds a range of diesel fired Generators, from 2 Kva to 3000 Kva, and gas fired Generators from 10 Kva to 1900 Kva. These gensets can come in open canopies or closed acoustic canopies. These products are provided for a range of different types of power supply.
